Brookside Nature Gardens

This one deserved it's own posting--this place was heavenly. So many different kinds of plants, most of them flowering, and so beautifully kept up. They even have lovely trails that wind around and connect to the county park next-door.

Where to first?
They had even more colors and types of azaleas than our yard (no small feat!).
Friend daddy!
Ain't she cute? They had fun playing house in this one.
Character trait: cute and inquisitive...
Can you believe the size of this thing?
Reconstructed wigwam--they pretended to warm their hands over the fire.
Not so lucky duck--Mini-Me wanted to love this goose to death. Fortunately, she didn't get nipped...
We always like the jumping shots.
Mini-Me had to touch EVERY fountain we went past. That's an odd duck--nesting in a flower pot? Gotta go back soon and see if there are any ducklings...
