I found this cool site on Julie Schonlau's friend's site that has free CUTE themes for your blogspot blog:
Shabby Tulips
She has several themes on her right sidebar and couple that I think are different within the blog postings. They are really really easy to put in--you click on the link and it takes you to the preview page with instructions. Be warned that it can take a long time for all the elements to download on the preview page (though not once added to your own blog). Enjoy!
